The role: Account Strategist


This position is based in Johannesburg, South Africa.

As an Account Strategist, you’ll distill the essence of our clients’ products and services into targeted keyword lists and text advertisements that connect our advertisers with customers.   • Monitor and analyse online marketing and campaign performance data in order to suggest structural and editorial improvements that will optimise ad campaigns.

  • Provide customer training and orientation on Google products such as Google Analytics.

Outputs:


  • Full and accurate intimation of claims and payments on the line of business systems

  • Preparation of claim file with all required documents as indicated by claim type

  • Accurate updating of data relating to each claim on the line of business system

  • Collating of all standard requirements before referring claim

  • Ensuring all claim files are kept neat and tidy with correspondence in date order

  • Follow up of outstanding requirements with claimant / third party as required

  • Maintaining professional written communication with claimant / third party

  • Ensuring that payment on final assessed claims are timeously submitted to the supervisor for payment

  • Maintaining turnaround times in terms of service level agreements

  • Adhering to life claims principles and philosophies
